EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
General orientations:
TrackMotion strives vehemently for the product to reach you in the best way, always striving for perfect quality and complete customer satisfaction. In return for the trust that consumers place in the brand, we edit this exchange and return policy based on the Consumer Protection Code:
Any and all exchanges or returns, for any of the reasons indicated in this return policy, must be communicated to the Customer Service Center, through the e-mail enterpriseont@gmail.com, which must include: Name and CPF of the person who is returning/exchanging, Reason for return, Invoice of purchase and information about the reason for exchange.
Return address guidance and any other instructions consumers require will be promptly provided upon receipt of the exchange/returns email. The products to be exchanged, regardless of the reason, can only have been purchased on our website (https://trackmotion.online/shop).
The exchange of Trackmotion products purchased directly at the physical points of sale is not the responsibility of the Manufacturer. If your product has a defect and you need to exchange it, you should look for the establishment where you purchased your bottle and check this possibility. However, if the establishment refuses to carry out the exchange, and you do not agree, tell us through our email (empresaont@gmail.com).
If you have obtained a discount on your purchase, referring to a promotional action or a discount coupon, the chargeback will consider the discount granted. If the product reaches the consumer with any type of damage, we suggest that you do not accept delivery and notify us immediately.
Exchanges or returns for exercising the right of withdrawal
Occurrences involving withdrawal, exchange or refund due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal must be communicated within 07 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product. Applications made after the deadline will not be accepted.
The product cannot show signs of use and must be in perfect condition. Violation of the seal will result in the return to the customer in the same way as it was received by Trackmotion.
The return of the amount paid or reversal of the transaction will begin when the returned product is received at our center, and will take place in accordance with the policy of the payment method chosen at the time of purchase;
Exchanges or returns due to product defect or operational error
Occurrences involving withdrawal, exchange or reimbursement due to product defect or trackmotion operational error, such as sending to an address other than the one informed or in wrong quantities, must be communicated within 30 (thirty) calendar days after receiving the product. Applications made after the deadline will not be accepted.

In case of return and/or cancellation requested by the customer and without reason to justify the situation, the return shipping costs will be your sole responsibility.
If the request occurs after the goods have been sent to the company responsible for the delivery, the freight will also be the responsibility of the customer.
In the event of a problem with the product, such as an error in sending the requested product or any other error that Don Luiz is responsible for, the freight will be the sole responsibility of Trackmotion.
Effective period of the exchange
Every exchange request will be analyzed by TrackMotion, paying attention to the information indicated by the customer in the exchange/return email. If the fact is proven, Trackmotion will take all measures for the shipment as soon as possible, by sending the refusal document signed by the purchaser.
